How do I find my size?

You will find a sizing chart on each item’s page. Compare your body measurements to the measurements of each size too ind the size that best fits. To determine your chest measurements, measure under your arms around the fullest part of the best. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.

Please note, our products may still shrink a bit after washing. Machine wash cold and tumble dry low to lessen shrinkage.

What are your tees made of?

Our mens tees, womens tees, and kids tees are 100% cotton (heather grey contains 10% polyester, and neon green is 50% cotton 50% polyester). Pullover hoodies are 80% cotton and 20% polyester.

What are the washing instructions?

For the longest-lasting shirts, we recommend you machine wash them in cold water, inside out, and hang them to dry. If you’re a renegade (or lazy and bad at planning ahead, like us), you can throw them in the dryer, but they will shrink a bit. It’s what cotton does, even preshrunk cotton. Here’s a directive you’ll like: don’t ever iron your shirt. If you have to iron it, avoid the design.

How do I place an order?

There are two ways to place an order: over the phone or through our online store.

To place an order by phone, you can call us at: (626) 286 – 8886 during our normal business hours Monday – Friday 10:00AM – 5:00PM PST.

To place an order online, please visit http://duckincool.com, add the items you like to your shopping cart, and securely checkout with your PayPal account or with any major credit card.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You may usually cancel, change or add items to your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service department by phone at (626) 286 – 8886 or email us using the contact form.

If it is too late to modify or cancel the order and you no longer wish to receive it, when the package arrives, you may refuse and return the package back to us for a refund.

Do you ship to my country?

Dreamy Jumpers ships to over 240 countries worldwide.

You can find out if we ship to your country in the drop down menu in your cart. From there, you can view about how long it will take and how much it will cost.

If you do not see your country listed, please contact us. International customers please be aware of Taxes, VAT, Duties and Customs.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We can ship to any Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office address, all we ask is that you provide us with the same shipping information that you would give your family to send you mail.

When can I expect my order?

The arrival of your order depends on the shipping method that you choose at the time when you placed your order:

Free Shipping

This method uses First Class Mail through the USPS, it has an estimated delivery within in 5 – 10 business days (weekends & holidays not included). It comes with a tracking number which you can track the movement of the package at USPS.com.

Expedited Shipping

This method uses Priority Mail from the USPS. The estimated delivery is 2 – 4 business days (weekends & holidays not included). Like Regular Shipping, this also comes with a tracking number which you can track the movement of the package at USPS.com.

International Orders

Please note: The delivery estimates provided above are for domestic orders shipping to the Continental USA. International shipments will take longer. Taxes, VAT, Duties and Customs clearance can also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. International shipments will also come with a delivery confirmation number. Please note that the confirmation number is NOT a tracking number.

What payment methods are accepted?

All DUCKIN’COOL! payments are securely processed by PayPal.

We accept payment via PayPal account; if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay with your debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and even direct bank transfer.

What about international Taxes, VAT, Duties and Customs?

Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs.

Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier as applicable, upon delivery. Charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Satisfaction is guaranteed or we’ll happily give you a refund for the shirts that you purchase (excluding shipping), provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 30 days of your order. The shirts must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors. There is a 30% restocking fee for every return since we custom created and carefully printed each tees especially for you.

How do I exchange for something different?

We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a refund minus the 30% restocking fee for your original order once we receive it.

How do I return an item?

Please complete the following steps for a successful return:

  1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by using our contact form. DUCKIN’COOL! will not accept returned goods without prior approval in the form of an RMA number. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number will be refused.
  2. When your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number by email. Follow the instructions in the email to ship your return back to us with your RMA number written on the outside of the package.
  3. Your refund will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account when we receive the returned merchandise.

Please note that we reserve the right to determine at our sole discretion the condition of returned merchandise.

While we strive to make our website accessible to as many people as possible, our website is compatible with most browsers with javascript enabled.

How do I edit my account information?

  1. To edit your information, first you need to sign in to your account.
  2. Once you’re signed in, you’ll be able to edit your account details including your name, email address, password, billing and shipping address.
  3. Hit the save button to confirm the changes.

For security reasons, you’ll also be required to enter your existing password if you are entering a new password.
